Big Education Event
KIXE-TV is planning our second annual Big Education Event for April 26th. The goal of the four hour televised event is to raise funds to purchase educational programming while highlighting those who are making a difference in North State schools everyday. We would like to invite you to join us the evening of the April 26th from 7pm to 11pm.
KIXE would like to thank our event sponsor, Pediatric Board Certified Dentist Sheva Nickravesh, for her generous support of the Big Education Event.
At KIXE we are dedicated to education in a big way. We play more than 60 hours of educational programming every week. Each program is based on carefully researched curriculum designed to help prepare kids to enter the classroom or in some instances to compliment the great work educators are doing each and everyday.
The Big Education Event will not only highlight educational programming; we will have a live house band along with local talent in our studio to promote the arts. There will be dozens of volunteers working with community leaders and educators all with the same goal of keeping these great educational shows flowing into homes across Northern California for the next year.
Listed below are ways we have asked our local school to be involved and we would love to have you as a community partner as well.
